STUDIO POLICIES
Memberships
All payment packages are non-refundable, non-transferable (passes cannot be shared with others) and have an expiration date (all expire three months from the purchase date).
Cancellations
If you cannot make it to class, please cancel at least two hours before the start of class in order to redeem your pass back. For monthly unlimited members, if you miss the
two-hour window, late cancellations carry a $10 fee.
No-Shows
We are a small studio and space is limited. If you do not show up, the instructor and people on the waitlist lose out, and you will not redeem your class pass back. For monthly unlimited members, no-shows carry a $10 fee.
Waitlists
If you are on the waitlist for a class, keep checking your email (especially the morning of). You will receive an email if you secure a spot. If you do secure a spot and do not come to class, you will be considered a no-show (see No-Show policy section)
Equipment
Join us on the mat with clothes you feel comfortable sweating in! Bring a mat, towel and water. If you don’t have these, they are available to rent in studio.
Arrival Time
The studio doors open fifteen minutes before the start of class. To prioritize the comfort and safety of our instructors and members, please note that we cannot accommodate late arrivals, and the door will be locked promptly when the class begins.
