We provide 1:1 and private group classes at our boutique studio right in the middle of Downtown Plymouth. Want to boost morale in the workplace? Kick off your bachelorette weekend? Learn the basics of strength training? With our private classes comes high-level, technique-focused coach attention and personalized programs - all in the comfort of a private, scenic, historic, environment. Choose a date/time, type of workout and your members then let us take care of the rest. See below for further instructions.
