Service Description

Detox under the infrareds in this energetic Hot Power Yoga class aimed to stretch, strengthen, & rejuvenate the body. Expect flow elements, creative sequencing, mobility, core work, & a relaxing wind-down ending with savasana. Bring a towel to go over your mat AND to wipe yourself off with. Don't forget to hydrate! *infrared heat, 90 degrees* Power Yoga can be open to all levels however, this is a more challenging/active class and we recommend a basic understanding of yoga poses or 5 prior classes in the heat.
