All classes, credit packages, memberships, workshops and special classes are non-refundable and non-transferable. No exceptions. 

All class packs hold a 3 month expiration date from the date of purchase.

The monthly unlimited membership gives you unlimited access to all in-studio classes and expires one month from the date of purchase.

We offer 2 weeks of unlimited classes for new members only. Membership expires 2 weeks from the date of purchase.

We are a small studio and appreciate if class cancellations happen within 3 hours of class start in order for you to redeem your class back. If you do not cancel within the 3 hour mark, class pack holders will lose that pass. If you are a monthly unlimited member, you will receive an invoice of $10 that must be paid before booking again for late cancellations. No shows carry a $20 fee. 

The studio doors open fifteen minutes before the start of class. To prioritize the comfort and safety of our instructors and members, please note that we cannot accommodate late arrivals, and the door will be locked promptly when the class begins.
