Service Description
Join us for a 90-minute beginner friendly strength training workshop designed to help women feel confident adding weights into their routine. Led by Kaleigh Hilton, this session blends discussion and hands-on practice in a supportive environment. You’ll be guided through a workout while learning proper form, foundational movements, and how to structure effective sessions—with real time coaching along the way. We’ll also explore how strength training complements yoga, pilates, hot mix, and other forms of movement to support a balanced routine.

Cancellation Policy
We are a small studio & space is extremely limited. Late cancellations within 6 hours will incur a $10 fee. Cancellations within 2 hours of class start, or no-shows, will be charged $20. Thank you for your understanding!
