Stay active, strong, and connected! Mix for the Mums combines safe pre and postnatal movement with strength, breath work, and control — all while keeping the fun, uplifting energy of our signature Mix. Moms of all stages welcome!

Cancellation Policy

We are a small studio & space is extremely limited. Late cancellations (within the 8 hours) will be charged a $10 fee (if canceling within the hour of class start, fee is $20). No-shows carry a $20 fee. Thank you for your understanding!
