Service Description
All levels, beginner friendly full-body mat-based Pilates class that focuses on strength, stability, posture, and proper breath control. A low impact class that utilizes slow, controlled movements to balance all muscle groups’ strength and flexibility with an emphasis on core work. You can expect body-weight exercises as well as the use of mini bands + Pilates balls.

Cancellation Policy
We are a small studio & space is extremely limited. Class cancellations must happen 3 hours before the start of class in order to redeem your pass back. No-shows carry a 10$ fee. Thank you for your understanding!
