Service Description

Lively, sweaty, music driven mat based class where we move to the beat of music and work every muscle in our bodies. The best way to get out of your head and have some fun. Expect high intensity & combo moves. Please make sure to bring water and towels! Light arm weights & ankle weights optional. *room temp 80 degrees*

Cancellation Policy

We are a small studio & space is extremely limited. Class cancellations must happen 3 hours before the start of class to avoid the late cancellation fee of $10. No-shows carry a $20 fee. Thank you for your understanding!
