Service Description

Controlled movement, mobility, stability, strength training, Pilates, yoga…all wrapped into one while under infrareds panels for the ultimate detox. This is a high energy class accompanied with up-beat music to motivate you through your full-body workout. All bodies welcomed. Every instructor will add their own unique spin to the class. Please bring towels and plenty of water with you! *infrared heat, 90 degrees*

Cancellation Policy

We are a small studio & space is extremely limited. Class cancellations must happen 3 hours before the start of class to avoid the late cancellation fee of $10. No-shows carry a $20 fee. Thank you for your understanding!
