Celebrating July 3rd the Synergy way! Haylee will lead a feel good flow to wake up the body, get you moving, and soak in the beach vibes. Then Kaleigh will bring the sculpt portion with strength, core, and all the good shakes. What’s Included: ✔️ 60 minute guided class ✔️ Post class iced cofee ✔️ Optional ocean dip with the community Please bring a mat/towel & water. Carpool if you can. See you at the beach! *** all specialty classes outside of the studio are non-refundable

Cancellation Policy
We are a small studio & space is extremely limited. Late cancellations within 6 hours will incur a $10 fee. Cancellations within 2 hours of class start, or no-shows, will be charged $20. Thank you for your understanding!
