Studio 1

Service Description

For any of our free classes this month we ask that you bring at least one non-perishable food item to support our local food pantries in exchange for class. Donation totes will be located around the studio — every contribution helps! A slow & steady class that will help quiet/calm the mind. This class allows both new and experienced students an opportunity to learn poses & breath-work at a slower pace. All Yogis welcomed.

Cancellation Policy

We are a small studio & space is extremely limited. Late cancellations (within the 8 hours) will be charged a $10 fee (if canceling within the hour of class start, fee is $20). No-shows carry a $20 fee. Thank you for your understanding!
