Service Description

All levels, beginner friendly full-body mat-based Pilates class that focuses on strength, stability, posture, and proper breath control. A low impact class that utilizes slow, controlled movements to balance all muscle groups’ strength and flexibility with an emphasis on core work. You can expect body-weight exercises as well as the use of mini bands + Pilates balls.

Cancellation Policy

We are a small studio & space is extremely limited. Late cancellations (within the 8 hours) will be charged a $10 fee (if canceling within the hour of class start, fee is $20). No-shows carry a $20 fee. Thank you for your understanding!
