BABY & ME BARRE

Service Description

*for babies 1 year of age and under* Bring your baby with you to the Barre for a total body Barre & Pilates workout. Class will focus on reconnecting to your core through targeted exercises with emphasis on proper breath control, form and alignment. Babies can be worn in a carrier for the Barre section of class. They are also welcome to stay in a car seat or on a blanket or mat. A supportive & welcoming environment for all new moms.

Cancellation Policy

We are a small studio & space is extremely limited. Class cancellations must happen 3 hours before the start of class to avoid the late cancellation fee of $10. No-shows carry a $20 fee. Thank you for your understanding!
