Service Description
Get cozy & unwind with us for this special winter class accompanied with herbal tea & acoustic tunes by Valerie Barretto! Restorative yoga poses combined with live acoustic music to create a calming atmosphere + promote deep relaxation and well-being. TEA SWAP We ask for everyone to bring in 2 or 3 of their favorite tea bags. One you can make for yourself and the others you can swap with someone else in class. We will provide everything else you need. Special add ons: guided meditation & savasana adjustments

Cancellation Policy
We are a small studio & space is extremely limited. Class cancellations must happen 3 hours before the start of class to avoid the late cancellation fee of $10. No-shows carry a $20 fee. Thank you for your understanding!
